Last month, we invited you to participate in the community review of Release 3 content for CMMI V2.0. Release 3 includes all the content for the CMMI for Development V2.0 model along with helpful front and back matter content. That content is presented through a prototype of the online model viewer to get your feedback on the content as well as the delivery method. If you haven’t participated in the review yet, it is not too late! The deadline for review comments is Tuesday, 5 September, which is earlier than originally planned in order to keep the project moving. Please set aside a few hours to dive into the CMMI V2.0 Release 3 and share your feedback.
All CMMI Institute Partner certified individuals and business points of contact received instruction for accessing the model. If you need a refresher, please go to: https://nextgenerationofcmmi.blog/community-review/ or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Sign Up to Participate in the Review of the CMMI V2.0 Implementation Guides
As Release 3 comes to a close, the development team that has been working on the implementation guides for CMMI V2.0 is preparing to share their products for review. Two guides will be available for review: one is designed for organizations just starting to use CMMI, the other is a transition guide for organizations that currently use CMMI V1.3. We will be taking these guides directly to end users for feedback and piloting, but we would like some Partner insight as well. If you will have time to review these documents in early September, please send an email to email@example.com to join the list of people who will get the implementation guides for review next month.
